Today, I lead a group of sports and business professionals dedicated to helping Swiss sports clubs achieve long-term financial and operational sustainability. Through this initiative, I apply my business skills to support sports organizations facing increasing financial and administrative pressures, providing them with the tools they need to professionalize their operations and secure their future.

I have a strong connection to the world of sport, having practiced various disciplines such as swimming, basketball, fencing, horse riding and dance. As a member of the Carouge Natation committee, I led the club's restructuring efforts by applying professional methods to improve its sustainability. My experience as an athlete, as well as my role as a mother of three competitive swimmers, gives me a unique understanding of the challenges that sports clubs face, both operationally and from an athlete perspective.
